RELAXED AWARENESS

This unique multi-level relaxation and perceptual redefinition program enables people to achieve focus and balance in their lives through practice in attaining a state of relaxed, enhanced awareness. Exercises, practiced away from everyday noise and activity, consist of several types of physical relaxation, meditation, guided visualization, and modified Yoga/stretching routines.

Since the effectiveness of these approaches improves with repetition and mastery, it is best for each participant to pursue daily practice of one or more of the exercises. The following lists contain descriptions of several exercises within each of the major categories.
